I was going nowhere in my career

"I sought help from Ginnie when I felt I was going nowhere in my career. I was applying for many roles, but constantly receiving automated rejection emails. It didn’t make sense to me and I wasn’t sure what I was doing wrong – I just felt I wasn't good enough to be given a chance at an interview.
